This is by far the most unprofessional, unpleasant, and rudest children's health center I have ever stepped foot into. The only kid-friendly thing about the entire place is the colorful paint on the walls. The only bright spot was the gentleman working the front desk at check-in—he was pleasant, but unfortunately, he was the sole exception. ​This center feels entirely profit-driven rather than patient-focused, pushing for unnecessary procedures. I am incredibly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and empathy at this facility. For a children’s health center, the environment is entirely hostile—the only kid-friendly aspect is the decor. The gentleman at the initial check-in desk was polite, but the rest of the staff ruined the experience. To make matters worse, the Medical Assistant who brings patients back from the waiting room was incredibly condescending and miserable. She needs a serious attitude adjustment and has no business working with families. They care about money, not your children. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

I was given a referral to go to physical therapy here so I called and scheduled the appointment for physical therapy for my twins and they gave me an appointment at 8 AM. I arrive at 8:10 and start filling out the paperwork when a lady from the front desk comes up to me and tells me they will not be able to see one of my children that I’d have to come back for the other even though they’re literally twins. The reasons they gave is that I was 10 minutes late (Ridiculous) & that one of them was apparently for occupational therapy. Clearly Mott Has zero clue how difficult it is to get two twin babies up, fed and ready and into an appointment before 8 o’clock. Huge waste of time they’re not accommodating at all. Their suggestion was to just bring the kids back another day, which I will not be coming back with such horrible service. After such a terrible experience, why would I wanna come back? The only reason I would go back is if I wanted to get my time absolutely wasted again

The doctor was really nice , but the nurse stuck my baby 2 times with the same needle and I very calmly asked her to hurry pls because my daughter was freaking out and she proceeded to say stuff like " I dont know who you are talking to" and have a very big attitude after , even as I asked the people at the front desk to never have that nurse again she went and got security who had no issues talking to me and was very nice and then some lady told me I wasn't allowed back , that nurse needs to go , I didn't call her no names I didn't raise my voice at all , we will be finding a different doctor because of her

The secretaries on the behavioral health floor were yelling at my kids for playing hide and seek. And I simply told them if there is an issue please discuss it with me as I am their mother. The woman called out security and we were surrounded by like 4-5 ppl as if it was some hostile situation. I had explained what happened. We were dismissed and asked if we wanted to continue with the appt. I asked my son what he wanted and by that point he was so uncomfortable he wanted to leave Awful awful awful experience. they absolutely ruined the excitement my son had for therapy and we will never be back

I've had work done in this office when I was a girl so I thought the care would be the same, so when I was referred by My Community Dental to Mott for my son I was excited. However, he got his cleanings done at My Community Dental and due to that office not being setup for Pediatric Dentistry he was to get his more intricate work done with Mott. Despite multiple times of explaining that to Mott they acted like he wasn't getting routine cleanings which is not true. Finally they called me recently in regards to an appointment my son had in October and said they wouldn't do his treatments any further without him getting a cleaning. Mind you he had one done in May of this year. I told the front desk girl that I could have his cleaning records sent to Mott and she said that wasn't an option and that I needed to pick a primary office to which I responded I'd be choosing the other. The office is weird. They don't let the parents come back for treatments and I find that odd. And they act funny if you insist on being there for treatments. The care is sub par as they did a filling on a nerve in my son's mouth that he now has to have redone. I wouldn't refer anybody to this office. As others
